Online travel registration forms (PDF) can be provided to the target audience in a way that is convenient for the users. All fields of the form are customizable. After selecting the destination country, the traveler is shown the risk level of the trip. The form contains traveler`s contact details, emergency contact details, travel and accommodation information, which is used if an emergency situation arises.
Traveler registration is done through online forms where travelers enter general travel and emergency contact information. Administrative users can either maintain a separate account for travel management or have the travel management functionality integrated into their user accounts.

Current safety warning records are automatically updated based on information from https://www.reisewarnung.net/en, where data on travel warnings from countries around the world is collected. The corresponding travel warnings are then displayed in Mobility-Online. The travel manager can also enter an additional warning if needed. Further details are displayed when clicking on a country.
In case of an emergency at a location of one of the partner institutions, administrative users can have the software contact the affected travelers via email or SMS to make sure they are safe. There is a short and clear Safety Check Pipeline available for this purpose. Should there be any additional action to take, notes can be added to the case with a reminder.
