The software is equipped with simple and reliable tools for managing all types of data related to international collaborations: partnerships, collaborations, and agreements.
All data for each partner institution is saved in the system in a well-organized file, composed of separate tabs: master data, addresses, semesters, persons involved, students who chose an exchange program you offer with this partner, study fields, courses, agreements, cooperations, emails, notes/reminders, etc. It is also possible to enter any additional information and decide whether this information is to be published on the internationalization portal.
One of the tabs in the electronic partner file shows all agreements with this partner. Any data necessary for the agreement management can be administered in Mobility-Online. All information fields are freely definable. It is also possible to upload files, such as for instance a scanned version of the respective agreement. The mouse over function shows statistics to check targets and free spots. Each application is linked to the agreement and can be traced back to the agreement and partner in one click.
Quick statistics are available for each partner institution: Number of agreements per type of agreement, the number of applications ( students/staff, outgoing/incoming), or the list of allocated persons. These statistics are interactive. Additional information on all data displayed to users in this statistics overview can be viewed by clicking on the specific record.
The system is equipped with integrated partnership and agreement workflows to monitor the development of each partnership or agreement. Key information about each partnership/agreement is presented in a single overview. A quick link takes users to the partnership or agreement file. The steps displayed in the workflow are customizable and the system provides a way to change the status of the partnership with the user-friendly drag-and-drop feature.
The internationalization portal contains an interactive map, where all partner institutions are displayed. A click on the partner institution opens further information on this partner, including all agreements. Applicants can use the application form symbol and start their application process directly online.
