Our open positions

To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for a Project & Software Consultant starting 01/09/2026, available part-time or full-time.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You enjoy working with software and have an interest in technical systems.
  • You think analytically, learn quickly, and work in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You enjoy communicating and can explain complex topics clearly and understandably.
  • You enjoy working with clients as well as conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • You have excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level).
  • French or Italian skills (minimum B2 level) are a strong advantage.
  • Recent graduates as well as candidates with initial professional experience are welcome.
  • A basic understanding of technical concepts (e.g. data structures or SQL queries) is helpful; the necessary knowledge will be provided during onboarding.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You support universities and other educational institutions in implementing our software solutions.
  • You analyze client requirements together with customers and support their optimal implementation.
  • You configure the software according to client needs and adapt it to individual processes.
  • You support customers with functional and technical questions.
  • You conduct workshops and training sessions for users.
  • You coordinate projects together with clients and internal teams—from implementation through to successful use of the software. You are also responsible for ensuring timelines and budget targets are met.

The minimum gross annual salary for full-time employment is €43,456 plus a bonus system. The actual salary depends on education, experience, and qualifications.
