This mission relies on the enrollment of international students (200+ per year) in the various programs offered by the university —MSc in Engineering, MSc, and PhD—as well as on the academic mobility of its French students (250+ per year). Faced with an increase of fluxes, IMT Atlantique sought a robust solution to have a more integrated, paperless, and efficient process.
Before implementing Mobility-Online, IMT Atlantique utilized a fragmented system spread across its different campuses. To improve efficiency, it was crucial to consolidate resources and set up a shared tool that could handle incoming and outgoing mobility, partnerships and scholarships, as well as the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) process.
