We are excited to announce that our company, SOP, achieved an impressive second place at the Austrian Leading Companies (ALC) Awards held at Casino Baden on October 17. This prestigious award, symbolized by the unique ALC wing, was presented to the winners from Vienna and Lower Austria by prominent representatives from the business and political sectors.

Representing the SOP team, both managing directors, Johann Hilmbauer and Gerald Mauberger, were present to receive this remarkable recognition. In the Small Business category (with a turnover of up to 10 million euros) in Lower Austria, we secured the second position. Congratulations to the champions, Pumpenoase Handels-GmbH, who claimed the first place.

An Award for Sustainable Success

The ALC award holds particular significance as it is not judged by a jury but is based on data-driven evaluation over a three-year period. The most recent three financial statements are carefully analyzed and assessed. PwC Austria and KSV1870 developed and perfected an evaluation system for ALC, which takes into account both growth and liquidity factors. In total, twelve performance indicators are considered in the evaluation process.
