Our new partnership is built on a long-standing relationship of trust and technical compatibility between SOP and Simovative. SOP’s leading solution, Mobility-Online, complements AcademyFIVE campus management system from Simovative, together forming an integrated, end-to-end offering for higher education institutions. FLEX Capital, as an experienced growth investor with deep operational expertise, provides additional support and strategic guidance to drive long-term development.

As part of this collaboration, SOP Hilmbauer & Mauberger GmbH will continue to operate as an independent legal entity. The management team, led by Johann Hilmbauer and Gerald Mauberger, will remain in place to ensure continuity and stability. SOP’s proven customer service and support quality will remain fully intact and be further strengthened to deliver even greater value to its partners and clients.
