The event is dedicated to the second edition of the national ESCI Day in Italy and is fully focused on the European Student Card Initiative (ESCI), a key European initiative for the digitalisation of Erasmus+.
The focus lies on Erasmus+ higher education institutions (ECHE institutions) and the implementation of ESCI components within KA131 mobility actions. The aim is to strengthen exchange among key stakeholders and further advance the digital transformation of higher education mobility.
A particular emphasis is placed on the further development of Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) as well as the role of digitalisation in the Erasmus+ programme 2028–2034. The importance of ESCI for the development of the European Education Area (EEA) is also highlighted.
At the event, we will present our cloud-based platform for international mobility processes. With Mobility-Online, we support higher education institutions in digitally mapping the entire lifecycle of international mobility—from application and online forms, through administrative processes during the stay, to final reports and data integration.
The platform helps universities automate complex mobility processes, improve transparency, and sustainably streamline administrative workflows. This makes international exchange programmes more efficient, scalable, and fully digitally manageable.
We look forward to being part of this European exchange and to actively contributing to the development of modern, digital student mobility.
