Since its launch, the Community Event has been a key meeting point for the Mobility-Online user community, with events held in conference venues across Europe. This year, however, the event will be hosted directly by one of our valued customers, the UFV, making this year’s event truly unique.

Why This Event Is Special
Holding the event at the UFV campus provides a unique opportunity for learning and networking. Participants can:

• Connect with users from universities worldwide and expand their professional networks.
• Gain exclusive insights into Mobility-Online enhancements and upcoming strategic developments.
• Engage in hands-on workshops and sessions to apply upcoming improvements directly at your institution.
• Participate in optional one-to-one consultations with the SOP project team on 9 June.

As UFV notes, “Hosting the Community Event allows us to combine innovation, international exchange, and practical guidance in an inspiring academic environment.”

Event Details

• June 9 - Optional individual meetings with the SOP project team.
• June 10 – Networking morning, campus tour, and afternoon program kickoff.
• June 11 – Full-day sessions with product updates, strategic insights, and interactive workshops. Evening joint dinner.
• June 12 – Final sessions and workshops, concluding at midday.

The UFV campus offers a green and quiet environment, while maintaining excellent connections to Madrid’s city centre. A shuttle service operates directly between the campus and the nearby Exe Moncloa and Ikonik Gran Vía hotels.

Registration for Community Event 2026 is officially open and will run until 15 May 2026. Personalised registration invitations have been sent via email to all Mobility-Online users.
