Users can easily upload, download and share documents in popular formats such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel and Google Docs. Administrators can define allowed file types and upload sizes, and specify user groups for applicant uploads. Documents, including grant agreements, transcripts and acceptance letters, can be created, edited and digitally signed using customisable templates.
Sharing documents with applicants is seamless, either through the portal or by uploading them to the system for viewing in individual accounts. Personalised document templates with merge fields for dynamic information add an extra layer of personalisation.
