It may only be October, but preparations are already underway! We’re returning to the “twelve” Conference Center for three days of new developments, shared ideas and time together with the Mobility-Online community.

Three Days of Learning, Exchange and Community

The Community Event brings Mobility-Online users from around the world together with the SOP project team. It’s an opportunity to discover the latest developments, exchange experiences with colleagues from other institutions and share ideas for your everyday work.

You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to catch up with our project team, meet fellow Mobility-Online users and enjoy the celebrations together.

Individual Meetings

Would you like to discuss your institution’s questions face to face with one of our project managers? Individual meetings are also planned for 7 and 11 June 2027, before and after the main event.*

Individual meeting dates are subject to change.

Plan Your Stay

If you’re already planning your trip, you can book a room through our room allocation at the Clarion Hotel Vienna South, located in the same building complex as twelve.

The allocation is available until 11 April 2027. Simply email reservations.chvs@clarion-hotel.at with your name and desired dates, using the subject line “SOP Community Event 2027”.

Several other hotels are also available near the venue.
