The list of states and their names are defined for each institution in accordance with its internal procedures. If a change of status involves an additional task, such as uploading a document, ticking a box in a checklist or entry of additional information, the system will prompt the user to carry out the appropriate action.
The workflow steps also provide the ability to send semi or fully automated emails. Within the partnership workflow, you can also access the electronic file of each partnership, which contains detailed information about the partnership.
