The most specific type of relation between universities is collaboration based on a particular agreement. For example, it can be an agreement related to a specific exchange program. For each agreement additional information is added concerning the most important aspects, e.g. the number of places, availability of places, total duration, agreement type, allowed application period, languages, etc. What is more, you can enter all significant dates related to this agreement (f.ex. printing, sending, and signing dates). Scanned versions of each agreement can also be stored with the corresponding electronic version of the agreement.
Besides that, you can closely monitor your agreements, make reports, as well as get notified and take action if any agreement is to expire soon.
